In case you haven't noticed, Disney food is the best!

I got to try this pepper jack pretzel and the Peter Pan sundae.

I also grabbed an awesome seat for the fireworks.

I love Happily Ever After!

The castle is always so pretty after the fireworks. The projections are so awesome!

BUFFALO POPCORN is the BEST! It is my favorite Disney snack, and you can only get it in EPCOT.

While I was at EPCOT, I also met Daisy!

Today, I went to Blaze Pizza for the first time. It was SO GOOD! You get to customize your own pizza!

I got to head home for a quick weekend trip.

I was so excited to see my family, and I got to see Kaitlyn and Jaylee.


I can't wait to be back with them in the fall.
